We have extended the deadline to receive a January 1st 2017 effective date to February 28, 2017. You will not be able to enroll online to receive a 01/01/2017 effective date. To receive an effective date of coverage of 01/01/2017 you will need to print and complete an enrollment form, and also print complete and sign the appropriate Warranty Statement of No Known Losses.
To receive the 01/01/2017 effective date you must send us a check in the amount for the January 1st date based off the limits and optional endorsements you chose. We will not accept credit card payments by phone fax or email.

Note:All payments and forms must be in our Louisville KY office before 02/28/2017. Any payment received after 02/28/2017 will not permit us to backdate coverage to January.
Important Notice: Even though your effective date of coverage is being back dated to January 1, 2017 this does not affect any action the real estate commission may take with regards to your license due to the failure to renew your Real Estate Errors & Omissions insurance in a timely manner.
